HP never stop Lazer 1001 NW inside part gold rings set of 3 and one isn't like the others

My printer has the flashing lights for replacement of the imaging drum and  !.  I ordered the replacement imaging drum and even after putting a new one it still has the same flashing lights.  I took the imagine drum out and there are 3 sets of gold rings and one set is not intact like the other two. see picture.  I assume it isn't suppose to look this way? if not can that piece be replaced?
