I have to feed paper manually after I foolishly tried to print an envelope. Have cleaned rollers, checked to make sure there’s no pieces of paper stuck, reset to factory settings, powered off and back on. Don’t know how to reset for paper thickness.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

I have checked all the settings in dialog boxes both in Word and in HP settings. Set to letter sized paper. Completed all the steps in the video. Still will not pick up a sheet of paper to print unless I gently feed it manually. Then it prints fine. I have printed several test pages from printer but only if I manually feed.

Firmware is up to date. Everything is fine except paper feed doesn’t work. Problem is not software, I have the HP smart app installed on laptop. Not available for iPad in my region. Prints fine if I feed the paper by hand. Worked fine until I tried to print an envelope.
