Thanks, yes I had done that already but didn't know to look for the ipv4 address. Thanks

Sorry, DHCP means certain routers automatically assign IP addresses but you can set it higher.

I wrote that respond quicly because I was afraid I lost my internet for a bit.  What I mean to say is - for example - I walk into your home with my iPhone and it will automatically assign usually like 192.168.1.50-150 because they designed it to do so.  So I either assign my printers in small houses to be less than 20 on the last subnet like 192.168.1.13 or in big companies 192.168.1.245

However I say ignore that because I'm sure this is your home router and we don't need to go that deep.  Just select to keep the current one that it already has as static and don't put too much effort into troubleshooting these at one time.  Just take my main points and I will help guide you as long as my internet here allows.

This is the result of typing in the first ip address listed under ipv4. There is also subnet mask, default gateway, and secondary DNS server.Timed out.PNG

While I wait for the admin to approve the pic I assume that means you still cannot connect or you wouldn't have shared it.  Now to find out the IP address, default gateway, etc of your PC..it could be they do not have the same numbers.  Kinda complicated - will do my best to simplify

Easiest way to see if your computer has the similar numbers as your printer...in Win10 search bar below type only 3 letters - cmd    and press the enter key to enter command prompt

Type only    ipconfig     you will see here if the two match.  Still waiting on that picture so I can give you a better response.

If the numbers don't match it may explain why you can't see that page.  Conputer IP and printer IP should not be the same but everything else should.

Make sure you are not on a guest network or home WIFI as well.

Sorry but the pic shows the address timed out in my search browser. Too I have win 7 so use the same instructions?

Yeah you can go to start menu and type the same cmd in that search bar right above that button to pull up the command prompt.  Sometimes my printer connects to 10.0.0.8 yet my PC is 192.168.x.x and I don't know why it does that.  Printer shows connected but I can't print.  Wondering if the same thing isn't happening here.

You want your static IP you set the printer to to have the same first three subnets like your default gateway shows so if your printer so match your PC not the other way around.

I have the network connections details window open. Is that right?
