Product: HP officejet pro 8730
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello community, after windows update i had some problems getting printer to print.  I ended up changing the port on the network and it worked however it is not printing in color.  I can copy in color and the test pages come out in color.  But if i send a job to print from my computer it is only printing Black and white.     I tried different documents its the same.  And in printer properties there is no setting to change from color to black and white.  Help!

You should see Grayscale option pull down window. Please select Grayscale Off. Machine will print in colors.
