HP photo smart C4780 blurred black cartridge printing

please help, recently the print quality of the black cartridge is very blurred/shadowed. There are double lines when printing tables etc.
I have tried cleaning the nozel heads with the hp tool and manually wiping the cartridge. I’ve tried aligning the cartridge, I’ve tried changing  to a new cartridge (all genuine Hp cartridges). I’ve tried printing from another computer, and nothing has resolved it. I have to stress it’s only in the black cartridge that it’s happening to and only recently,
 since I changed to a new cartridge. 

anyone have any ideas how to resolve? Is it possible the the printer nozel is defective, and if so how would I get it fixed. It seems there are not too many new, all in one, black hp printers available these days.

Purchase old ink on Ebay from 2018 not made in Malaysia.  Install, align, enjoy.  I have gone through this.    Others have had this problem.  I believe the 60 and similar 901 cartridges are badly aligned.  See https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Ink-not-aligning-for-smaller-text/m-p/7774088#M889875.
