please help, recently the print quality of the black cartridge is very blurred/shadowed. There are double lines when printing tables etc. I have tried cleaning the nozel heads with the hp tool and manually wiping the cartridge. I’ve tried aligning the cartridge, I’ve tried changing to a new cartridge (all genuine Hp cartridges). I’ve tried printing from another computer, and nothing has resolved it. I have to stress it’s only in the black cartridge that it’s happening to and only recently,since I changed to a new cartridge.
anyone have any ideas how to resolve? Is it possible the the printer nozel is defective, and if so how would I get it fixed. It seems there are not too many new, all in one, black hp printers available these days. Many thanks in advance.
