HP printer DeskJet 4720 suddenly stopped to print black color - just during printing: several first pages were Ok, then black color started to shade and after 2 pages - dissapeared in full. I tried to change cartridge, clean heads, everything ... No black color. Before printer has printed 2670 pages, might it capacity is over? I would really appreciate the assistance.

Hi @Slartche
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "black not printing" issue.
Appreciate you trying the steps listed in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
As the issue still remains, this could be an issue with the printhead and I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, Asmita, thank you very much for your recommendations. I tried everything that you suggested, it did not help. I also tried to contact the HP partners that were listed in the link. None of them repair HP inkjet printers if the warranty is expired. (((
It seems that I have only one option - to buy a new printer. To make matters worse - my model (HP DeskJet 4720) is no longer for sale, so I need to choose a new model - and all of my spare ink cartridges - will have to be discarded ... since they cannot be used on other HP printer models. ((((
I'm really disappointed
Regards
Sergey
