I have a cartridge error and would appreciate some help. My printer is a HP Officejet Pro 9015E and I recently am receiving an cartridge error that displays on my printer and it says One or more cartridges are missing or damaged and needs to be replaced. I replaced all my ink cartridges and my printer displays the same message. I check my ink levels and they are in the minus. I was on HP website for trouble shooting and it indicates to buy from insta ink. My printer is also up do date with all updates.

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?
