HP Recommended
My HP printer has flashing lights and does not connect to internet and has an error message, even when I open the cartridge door the cartridge does not slide. On the hp the printer is unavailable. I am not sure what is happened as I do not use my printer much. It is frustrating as with this lockdown I need my printer to print my university work.
I have attached an image below of the problem
