Hello, @jhonny43 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for accessing the HP Support Forums for extra support! I will do my best to assist your printer issue!

I understand that you are facing issues while using the refilled cartridges. Did you bypassing the message and continue printing? Simply press "Ok" to acknowledge the cartridge message and try to print.

If that does not work, try updating the printer firmware. Go to http://hp.care/2oEOlYY to download and update the printer firmware. Restart the printer once done and check

If the issue persists, try using an HP genuine cartridge to make sure the printer works fine. You can switch back once you made sure of the printer functionality.

Hope this answers your questions, and have a nice day!

Cheers 🙂
