Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently replaced my black ink but none of my color ink since i only print in black and white. for some reason, when i try to print something, it literally prints out a clean white printer as if there is no ink left! incredibly frustrated
