HP7057C4 (HPENVY4510series) Today when I turned on my computer, the screen was upside down. In order to correct, I unplugged everything and waited, then replugged and went through instructions for Display, Landscape, etc. When that fixed the upside down problem, the window on my printer is lighted "lavendar/gold" and power button will not turn on. Of course when I try to print I get the message "printer offline". I unplugged the printer only and waited a minute but there is no change. How do I get the printer back online?

@weezergene, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Wait for 60 seconds and connect the power cord back in.
- Turn on the printer.
Reconnect the Printer to Your Computer or Network
On your computer:
Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners
Find your printer (HP ENVY 4510 series). If it says Offline, click on it.
Choose "Open Print Queue" > then from the queue window, select Printer > Use Printer Online
Ensure "Pause Printing" is not checked
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
I hope this helps.
