Try Control Panel/Scheduled tasks......it didnt say HP on mine but "Registration...." listed almost 20 different times of the day. Just delete it and see if that works.

When this screen shows up the next time, click on CANCEL and then click on DO NOT REMIND ME AGAIN...i hope this helps.

Please click on KUDOS if you find my solution helpful.

Selecting " Cancel" and " don't remind me again" doesn't alleviate the problem. After that didn't work I went to the website
and registered; that didn't make it stop either. IT loads continuously all evening every day for two months now-

I'm having this same issue. Did you ever figure out how to fix it?

Try this...

1. Click on the start menu and click on 'Run', and then type 'services.msc' and press the Enter button.
2. In the Services window, look for HP CUE Device Discovery Service, and double click on it.
3. You should see a button labelled 'STOP'. click on that button.
4. Above this, you should find something which says 'Startup Type'. Change that to 'Disabled'
5. Click on the 'Apply' button and close all windows.

Hello and thanks for the reply, but there is no entry under that Title " HP Cue Device Discovery" in that menu.Maybe a

different directory?

That's the only place that it'll show up under.

Can you please post a screenshot of the Registration window here? I'm still kind of confused as to whether this is an email that you're getting or a window on your PC. I'm quite sure it's the latter, but i'd like to take a look before proceeding.
