HP Recommended

The printer status in the HP smart app of my  ENVY 6255 says that my printer is out of paper even though it is full and still prints ok. I have tried removing then replacing the paper and unpluging and repluging  the printer but the error message still appears. What have I missed doing to fix the problem?

SORRY!!! My bad...it was the photo tray that was indicating as empty and not the paper tray!! So...I put the photo papers in their tray and voila...the error message has gone. :OpenSmile:
