so i hadnt used the printer in awhile. it worked just fine the last time i tried to use it. i plugged it in and it doesnt want t work.... all of the lights turn on, but the display screen is blank, also none of the buttones seem to work, change the screen or do anything for that matter.... need help ir another printer might end up in the scrap snapped in half.

I'd like to help!

 

It seems like the printer carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document

 

Also, check for paper jams if any - 'E4' Error (Paper Jam)
