Hi,

  I bought HP 6220 Envy Printer from Amazon.de (Germany) in October 2021. I wanted to complain about a technical issue today to HP support. When doing so I see wrong Warranty start date in HP website for my serial number (shows to be started from July 2021). How to get the warranty start date corrected to my order receipt date in the HP website?

If you did not register at time of purchase which is usually why warranty date does not agree with your purchase date, the agent you spoke to should be able to update your warranty after you provide a proof of purchase. This process can take a day or two to get updated. https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
