Product: HP150nw

About 2 years ago I replaced the waste powder collection unit on my HP Colour Laser HP150nw

 

the printer is refusing to print again and I can’t get a status report out of it. Any suggestions?

I’m prepared to take a chance and replace the powder collector but I can’t remember what it’s called and where to buy it in the UK
