Hi @Arihant-Arun,

I'd like to help!

To assist better please help me with the below details:-

Where was the printer purchased and where is it being used?

What is the operating system on your computer?

Do you have both 123 and 803 cartridges with you?

Let me know!

Printer I bought from Gulf country with 123 Cartridge. Now using in India and 123 cartridge finished. I ordered 803Small Black cartridge online as an equivalent to 123 as 123 is not available here. After fixing new 803 Small Black  Cartridge , printer showing cartridge non compatible.

@Arihant-Arun

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Keep me posted.
