When trying to print the Cartridges stick on left the side and the bottom three lights blinking.  They seem to sticking on something on something other then the slide they ride onl   Once released you can push the power bottom and it will print the job waiting in queue.

I understand the carriage seems to get stuck.

 

Check for any paper jams inside the printer, refer to - Attention Light Blinks (Paper Jam)

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are seated properly, refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
