HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP2620 Has a green light on the corded power unit, so power unit is OK. I took off the scanner top to look inside and there's a green light illuminated on the internal circuit board.....so I know I'm getting power all the way into the printer. However, I have a totally blank screen. No sign of life at all. Reboots and unplugs/replugs not successful. Same story with a new replacement identical HP power unit. Identical blank screen. SOS!!!

Thanks all!

Hi @wsmcdowall1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer screen is blank and you have tried all the relevant troubleshooting steps.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP support in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
