Product: HP 3745
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

ran out of color ink, replaced and tried to print my doc but printer is off line, light on the printer is blinking. ran trouble shooter and followed all the suggestions but printer is still off line. tried to print a test page from the scan and printer doctor app and it did not work; is still sitting there in the que.

 

msg says to check the cartridge and print heads but they are the same ones that I have been successfully using so doubt this is the problem.
