I see the problem persists even with Adobe. In this case I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for further assistance
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I don't believe I was offered a telephone number, just the chat.
As with almost all automated chats it asked a lot of questions which did not allow me to specify what the problem actually is. I finally got to page https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/contact-hp/product/hp-officejet-4500-all-in-one-printer-series-g510/391... with this (I'm in France)
where all I could do was start over again with the chat...
I think I have some appreciation of how difficult it is to provide service for hundreds of products in hundreds of countries but this is very frustrating.
