Product: HP ENVY 4522 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Envy 4522 which i turned off the other day. On turning it on tonight all im getting is a blue screen of death. Cannot turn on or off. Have tried disconnecting both router and power supply but no joy. Any advice is most welcome. This is the second time this has occurred.
