Product: Hp4650
When I go to print anything, the queue box pops up and it says error on the printing status. Everytime I detect the problem, it says it deleted the print that was causing the problem but this is happening every single time. Suggestions?

Hello,
In order to palliate this incident, please try the following solution:
- Disconnect the USB cable from the computer's USB port.
- On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click HP OfficeJet 4650 series, then Remove device and Yes (if there is more than one of that name, please delete them all).
- On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
- Type printui /s /t2, then press Enter. The Print Server Properties window opens in the Drivers tab.
- Select HP OfficeJet 4650 series, then click Remove..., and then select Remove driver and driver package.
- Click OK, then Yes, and then Delete.
- Restart the computer.
- Launch the printer software installed on the desktop and click Connect a new printer.
- Select Manual Setup, then Next, and select Wireless, and then Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the printer installation.
