HP Officejet 4650

Hi, my HP inkjet 4650 will not print properly from the mobile app or Windows.   It prints an outline of the font/text from the wireless app and has missing lines of text from Windows.   I've tried copying a page of text from the glass bed and it prints missing lines too.

 

I've also done a semi full reset (twice) through the service menu.   Both ink cartridges are genuine HP ink and have plenty of ink.   They don't appear clogged.   I've also cleaned the cartridges through the maintenance tool 3 times.   I'm at a loss.   The printer has barely been used in the 2 years since I bought it new, perhaps 100 pages of print in total.  I don't use it often but I suspect it happened after a firmware update since it stopped working abruptly.   

 

It seems like a lot of others have had this font outline problem but the only solutions I've seen are the ones I've tried...I've seen references elsewhere to a full reset in the service menu but don't see that option available when I hit the back button on the printer menu 4 times to access the service menu.    Any help anyone can give would be great.   Thanks.

This is a hardware issue with the printer.

 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
