HP Recommended

My HP 5020 does not constantly print to all devices. Sometimes it will connect with laptops whilst not connecting to other devices such as phone or tablet. Other times it is the reverse.

 

More often than not I get the message that the printer is not available. (all devices)

Advice to turn off and back on again meets with repeat errors. OR general blame is focused on the WIFI network.

 

I need a workable long term solution
