HP5230 Printer Fails To Communicate With HP XL302 Original Ink Cartridges Which Are Three Quarters Full, I Have Removed The Power Cord For Sixty Seconds And Switched Back On Error 'Fail To Communicate With Ink Cartridges' Returns, I have Also Removed The Cartridges Cleaned All Metallic Contacts Cartridges And The Contacts Inside The Printer Bay, I have Shaken Both Cartridges Then Re Installed The Same Cartridges Switched Off Printer Again, Once Printer Is Turned Back On The Error Message Appears Again, Considering The Cost Of Replacing The Cartridges Which From What I Have Read On HP Forums Does Not Resolve The Problem, What Should I Do Next As The Printer Firmware Is Up To Date. The HP Smart App Diagnosis Advises That Diagnostics That There Is A Print Queue Issue Which It Can Not Resolve, Also I Rather Reluctant To Waste Good Money On New Costly HP Inks Which Is The Only Ink I Use.
