HP6525 will not copy and print BW or Color. Print and Scan functions work. Able to scan and print saved image in both BW and Color. Copy function only prints blank pages. Ink levels good. Unpluged and reset. Cleaned and aligned print heads.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
Power resetting the printer and then performing an automated/manual cleaning may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
Please ensure the printer is up-to-date with its firmware. If you are unsure, you can download and install the latest firmware update from here.
1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
4) Clean the ink cartridges, refer to solution 4 from this document.
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
7) On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .
😎 Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead.
9) On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon .
10) Touch Tools, and then touch Align Printer.
Let me know how it goes!

Followed all step provided; issue was not resolved. Is it possible to remove the print head assembly on an HP6525 printer to facilitate an deep cleaning (several youtube videos show optons to remove assemblies on other HP printers to clean by soaking components). My printer is out of warranty; willing to try before opting for a replacement. Please advise.

I believe HP Photosmart 6525 printer has a non-removable printhead. If the printer has a removable printhead then the printhead will have a a latch (or lever) as shown in the figure below:
