I'm getting a Paper Jammed error message and then Ox6100004a.

I've unplugged the unit numerous times, cleaned all the ink cartridges, and verified there is no paper jam.  I cannot print or copy.  I got this message 2 yrs ago and paid someone to fix.  I has now reappeared,  Any recommendations?  It's very frustrating.

Thanks

Hi @Phyllis888,

I'd like to help!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and Carriage jam or E3 error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!

Hello, I have tried all the suggested videos and they did not help the problem. I even went on you tube and tried some factory reset ideas posters there used to no avail. I live in upstate NY region. However, I know this machine is out of warranty. Therefore my local tech person has said, it is cheaper to buy a new printer than pay for fixing. Ridiculous. Printer is only just over two years old. Hardly has an use on it. I am very disappointed. There was not even an actual paper jam when this happened. A loose piece of paper, but none got jammed.
