I have had this printer for years and I have never been able to consistently use the printer.  I probably have less than 500 prints that have successfully printed.  I am still trying to figure out why the touch screen no longer works.  It continues to say my ink cartridges are low and I have lost more money on ink cartridges trying to do just that.  I now work from home and I need to get this printer to work correctly.  Please help.

non of these responses relate to my initial question.  I am talking about a printer.  Not a computer or laptop.  Could I get some assistance on my HP Officejet Pro 7500A?  I can't get the printer to respond with the touch screen and now my printer carriage is stuck and won't move to the center when I try to change out ink cartridges.
