HP7510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There,

My HP7510 printer has gone offline. I have used it for a couple of years and it has been fine. I have used Windows 10 with it for over 10 months. This week it has gone offline and I can't get it to come back online. I've done the turn it off, turn off modem and leave for 3 mins then turned it back on. I've restarted each of the computers that print to it. Using the remote I can get it to scan to my computer but it still won't print. I've looked on the forums here and most of the links to help come up with a 404 error.

Help please - what can I try next?

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Is your printer a HP Officjete 7510 or a HP Photosmart 7510?

Can you try to Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps!

I have exactly the same problem. However, the HP7510 is new to me (A couple of months old).

However, the link provided in the post gives a 404 error. So can't download software!
