Product: HP7525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP7525 is unable to connect to web services.  Scan to e-mail function and e-print are not available.  Wireless network test results shows printer is connected to the internet with excellent signal quality.

Probably due to certificate problem. Please download new firmware and update your printer

 

          http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe
