Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer HP8015 remains offline, will not print. It will copy without any problem.

I bought a new 9120e recently and it seemed to be working OK until it started going off line. I have tried everthing I can do to fix the problem including adding IP address to Norton. I have read this morning that Windows 11 may be the culprit as there are numerous complaints re an update earlier this year. Turning the printer off and on, seems to be the only solution which is not very satisfactory.
