HP8710 Printer no longer recognizing non-HP ink cartridges

I have two HP8710 printers I am using after market cartridges in 1 Printer works just fine, the other have after market color cartridges and HP black cartridge and when replacing black cartridge and or any-other cartridge it is blocked by Firm ware.

Naturally all has been tried pwr off, swapped cartridges between printers and they work in the other printer so cartridges are good. reset factory defaults updated drivers. This is an HP FW issue somewhere or during update the old blocking FW didn't complete. I need to know how to down grade the FW to an older version because if I try to reinstall latest it will not allow
