HP8720

This printer is absolutely appalling in terms of its noise. It is too late to return. My husband had it at his office, and brought it home because he couldn't take it. He thought that was how it sounded - not that anything was wrong. Per the advice on this community, I have re-aligned the printer three times, checked for jams (there haven't been any), updated the software, etc. All to no avail. I am SUPER annoyed. Any other advice?
