My 9010 is saying the print carriage cannot move. To open the cartridge access door and clear any jam.
The ink carriage is all the way to the right and won’t budge. I’ve tried to move it. Also, I think the ink cartridges one or two may have popped out and I’ve tried pushing them in then pressing ok to the error message on the screen hoping it will move then but it doesn’t and I can’t get my fingers or a screwdriver in there properly to fully ensure they are all pushed in enough. However, when it first happened I was sure they were all in the right place and it still had the error. It was working fine then this error just come up all of a sudden with no jam or anything. Now obviously I can’t use it and really need it working but Friday next week. It’s out of warranty but I’ve never had problems with it and it’s in excellent condition otherwise. Can anyone help me. I’ve debated unscrewing the top but the screws don’t look like normal screw heads for a Philips or flat head so unsure how to do that. I’ve unplugged, tried to reset ect to no avail.
