If you can print from your phone and other devices but not from your laptop to your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check Printer Status:
- Ensure the printer is online and not in a sleep or error state. You can do this from the printer’s control panel.
Restart Your Devices:
- Restart both your printer and your laptop. Sometimes a fresh start can resolve connectivity issues.
Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Make sure your laptop is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer. Sometimes, laptops can accidentally connect to a different network.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Go to the HP support website and download the latest drivers for the OfficeJet Pro 9015e. Install the updated drivers on your laptop.
Remove and Re-add the Printer:
- On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Remove the OfficeJet Pro 9015e from the list and then click Add a printer or scanner to add it back.
Run the Windows Printer Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Select Printer and run the troubleshooter. Follow the prompts to identify and fix issues.
