My company owns at least 9 HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus, recently HP has made changes to the ink cartridges to help elinimate aftermarket use. Well this Ink is NOT working in our printers and we NEED are printers in order to continue running daily activitity. I have finally found some ink that is not Z10 to at least get one printer working but I have wasted alot of money trying to figure out the problem. What can I do to get these cartridges to work? I need an answer in the nextg 24 hours not the 3-4 business days I seen posted because our business can not run without working printers.
Thank you

Hi @JenniferStein,
Welcome to the HP Forums! 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand that you having HP950XL and wants to use those ink cartridges with your printer.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus.
Since you have 9 of these printers and wants to utilize the HP950XL ink cartridges, you need to perform a regionalization rest to get it to work.
It is a long process to do that so I would recommend you to contact HP Phone Support for further assistance. If your product is Out of warranty then remember to choose the paid options to get the tech support number.
They might have multiple options to help you on this.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
keep me posted.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.

So, HP makes changes to their products and expects the consumer to pay more to get something resolved because of warranty. Well I dont think so, this is something that you changed and you should fix free of charge.
