When I try to print with duplex using the PostScript UPD (latest driver version downloaded from HP site and reinstalled twice and latest Firmware installed) the printer stalles with 49.0301 error in log file. Using the PCL6 UPD duplex works fine. Is it by design that duplex does not work and generates and 49.0301 error with the PS UPD driver or is it some error? Regards, ERMO

@Kvarnsten

I reviewed your post and I understand that duplexing is not working with the PostScript UPD.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

It is recommended you install and use the full feature software of the printer for all the features to work correctly. And yes, due to the driver limitations some of the features do not work.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
