Product: HP ENVY 6030e All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I have an HPSmart printer. I find it pretty rubbish.

Very rarely can I get it to print.

Currently, I get "Error - Printing" message in printer queue.

When I try to open the app it just hangs.

When I try to run HpSmartHealthInstaller.exe. I get a message "This installer is only compatibler with HP devices."

Sometimes, the printer just springs into life and prints multiple copies of a document, thus using up my ink quota!

 

Any ideas how to reolve?
