HPinstantink cartridges won't work in my HP Envy 4524

My HP Envy 4524 uses HPinstantink cartridges 63/302 (one black and one colour cartridge). Printer happy. HPinstantink has now sent 65/304 cartridges instead. Printer not happy. Printer says "Incompatible Cartridges - The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".  Printer won't print.

But... remove new colour cartridge 65/304 and put old empty 63/302 colour cartridge in (and leave new 65/304 black cartridge in) and printer will print in black, and it says that colour cartridge is empty (which it is). So no colour printing. 

Reverse doesn't work.

HPinstantink Virtual Agent has no sensible answers and goes round and round in circles.

How do I speak to someone in HPinstantink Support to get a sensible answer? I've tried all the online suggestions, including switching printer off and unplugging, taking out cartridges, plugging printer in, replacinging cartridges and switching printer on, etc.

You need to contact directly with Hp instant ink staff in your country so they can help you with the issue:

1. Sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin.
   Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
2. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Chat at the top of the page to open a chat with HP support (Chat is not available in all countries).
   
3. To find a phone number for HP Support in your location, follow these steps:
   1. Click Contact HP Support in the Help Center area of the account page.
      
   2. On the HP Customer Support - Contact page, scroll down, and select your location and language.
   3. Click Show options.
      HP contact options display on the screen.
   4. Select Chat Now or Get Phone Number (Chat is not available in all countries).
   5. Fill in the form and then click Chat Now or Submit.
   6. For phone support, call the number displayed and be prepared to provide the case number that is displayed on the contact page.
