HP DeskJet 3632 (Series 3630)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, as per many previous messages I've seen, after getting a new router and trying to reconnect my working Deskjet 3632 printer to it, it fails on all devices I have attempted.

Attempting to set it up by visiting the EWS page when connected directly to the printer's wifi direct network I'm asked for a username and password which I don't know/remember and it accepts nothing which ultimately results in my being locked out of the EWS without being able to proceed.

I've tried the wireless settings 'soft' reset (wifi and cancel button for 3 seconds) as well as the 'hard' reset power + 2 x copy button + 2 x cancel button - neither of these result in any change to the above scenario.

Can someone provide the specific information required to FULLY factory reset the printer and connect it to the wireless network correctly? I note this is being given out in private messages in other forum topics describing this exact same problem - I'm hoping it's something different to the 2 non-solution resets described above.
