Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Have OfficeJet Pro 8715.  Printer quit in middle of job.  Says cartridges out of ink.  Replaced with 952xl which is the replacement cartridge.  Printer now says "This cartridge is an older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer.  It can still be used with some older printer models".  Any suggestions to get printer to realize these are the right cartridges?
