I'm having 3 main issues with my printer

1 - My colors are not printing properly. Despite all of my ink levels being over halfway full, a galaxy print that I attempted to print came out pink and extremely patchy. In another print, I also was getting bands across the print. To fix these issues, I did all three levels of cartridge cleaning, which seemed to only make the problem worse. The cyan and magenta blocks on the test page printed with lines across it, while the yellow did not show up at all.

2 - My printer alignment is not working. I have tried to align it twice, both attempts being unsuccessful. It said to make sure that I did the clean cartridges function and to also make sure there was paper in the tray, both of which I did.

3 - Whenever I try to print designs from my Cricut design software, my printer fails to print, instead staying on "spooling". I have restarted my laptop, restarted my printer and have also restarted the print spooler itself.

Any help on any issues would be appreciated, thank you!

Try a new color cartridge.
