Hello
For the second time I have received 65/304 cartridges, one black and one three-color, none of the printers I have
use this type of cartridge, these printers use the "HP ink cartridge 63".
On this occasion they did not send the envelope to recycle, I will wait for the shipment of the originals
to return these cartridges that have been sent erroneously.

Are you enrolled in HP instant ink program?

Kindly share the images of the cartridges you received and the original cartridges that work for your printer.

 

To assist you better, may I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
