HP ENVY printer 45020
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I have issues with my hp printer envy 4502

I have the errror message 0XB3757366 and when I try some ways to fix it, it displays REFLASH 1 2 3 4 5.

Would you have any idea how to fix it please?

The software was up to date and I am using HP ink through instant ink.

Thank you in advance for your potential help.

Regards,

Hi @Nada711,

I'd like to help!

Let's try a power reset on the printer

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello,

Thank you for your help but it did not work. I have tried this option many times.

Also, I cannot update the firmware since the printer is not detected by my computer. The screen on the printer keeps displaying the error code 0XB3757366. I can not do anything with the buttons.

Would you know how to do a full hard reset maybe?

Thank you for your help.
