I need other HP printer owners to help me get HP to explain why our printers keep locking us out saying "this feature is locked by the person who set up the printer?

I am the only person to setup my printer. I don't choose to.lock out any options. I know how to reset my printer to factory defaults when I get this error, but this is a huge pain.

My printer switches to this locked out setting without me telling it too, once a month or so.

Why? What software screwup causes this and why doesn't  HP's IT support dept. address it as a formal PROBLEM RECORD (not a "bug")  that multiple (thousands) of customers suffer from.

It speaks volumes about HP's IT dept's lack of IT Service Management Maturity!

Select "I have this same question" above and post your own question to show HP how many customers suffer from this repeated issue. Please?
