i have a  HP 9010 printer (although the serial number comes up as a 9015) and have been getting printer error codes B30B23F3 and B305ED09.  I unplug it and not long after that it reoccurs.  HELP please.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting errors on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Hi,

 

I will if you say you want them after reading the following.  They said these will only work on the one correct printer.  The instructions including an illustration of the printer control box did NOT match my printer.  I wrote them and told them and sent them pictures of my ID tag and printer control box.  I have not heard back from  yet.  I included my control box picture here if yours looks like this I would NOT use their instructions (even if you could, not sure you can press buttons that aren't where they show them).IMG_3119.jpeg

Sam I can't help you the tech Sandy above sent me the wrong instructions.  I wrote to her several times but she won't reply.
