Now on my third OfficeJet Pro 9015 printing thousands of pages. Printing duplex (double sided) and in Draft mode. After too many paper jams and some experimenting I found that removing the spring-loaded flap meant to stop the page when it comes out of the printer - removing that flap so the final printed page lies perfectly flat has been a big help in reducing paper jams. That flap and its spring are easily removed with no tools - just fingers. After removing that flap it will be necessary to use some form of external stop so the printed pages don't fly out all over the desk! Any object will do. I use my 3-hole punch.
