Here is my issue, any help is appreciated.

Printer is Office Jet Pro 861.

Issue: Printer Failure.

There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

Also, Solution one on the printer self help did not correct problem. This was to disconnect power to reset printer.

If anyone has found a solution, please let me know.

Problem solved with virtual agent.  Replaced damaged ink cartridge to solve problem.
