Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I start having rear bin paper jam error with my HP MFP276NW even though there is no paper jam after updating my firmware to the latest version. I can see people had similar issues before. I tried everything possible but seems to not cure the problem. I thing I need to downgrade the firmware to it's previous version (which for most people cured the problem). Thanks for your help.

@NONO1981 Here's everything you need to know and do, about paper jam errors:

NOTE:

Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following steps apply to both real and false paper jams.

Step 1: Look for jammed paper

Look at the error message on the printer control panel, and use one of the following sections to find and clear any paper that might be jammed inside the printer.
